My job as a personal trainer includes motivation, training, accountability and continued support to keep you moving in a healthy direction. Through this process, you will learn, progress and continue to excel to new levels of fitness excellence.

All personal training sessions include an initial fitness assessment to assess your current fitness level.The fitness assessment will be performed on your first session. And follow-up assessments every 4-8 weeks to track your progress.

Fitness assessment includes:

-Weight/height
-Body composition
-Upper body strength
-Aerobic fitness
-Diet analysis
-Goal setting


SMALL GROUP TRAINING:

Enjoy the expertise of a personal trainer with the motivation of a group class. Aimed to assist in losing weight, toning up and improving your overall health.

Tuesday/Thursday nights and Saturday mornings.

Standard Pack -1 session p/w for 6 weeks (6 sessions) $90
Starter Pack - 2 sessions p/w for 6 weeks (12 sessions) $160
Commitment Pack - 3 sessions p/w for 6 weeks (18 sessions) $180

Payment for packages are required to be made in a single payment prior to commencement to maximise commitment, motivation and results.


RUNNING GROUP:

Running group is a great way to train for a specific event, or just keep fit and learn more about running.

Tuesday/Thursday morning runs:

These Runs are based on interval training at a medium to high intensity. Interval training is a very effective way to improve your fitness and increase your running speed, and its great for fat loss.

Saturday morning runs:

These Runs are longer in distance but at lower intensity aimed to improve aerobic fitness.

Price list >

Running sessions are aimed to a specific fun run,and training blocks vary in length. As a guide a 4 week block is $120, which includes interval sessions and Saturday long runs (12 sessions).
